At Cardboard Contraband (CBC), we believe paying tariffs just ain’t right. That’s why every order ships straight from the USA — no customs, no delays, just clean contraband delivered to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates
We like to keep things simple:
- Free shipping on orders $35 and over.
- Flat $3.99 shipping fee for orders under $35.
- We currently do not ship internationally — only within the United States.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship every Tuesday and Friday.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of payment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
- Delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.
If you don’t see movement after several days, email support@cardboardcontraband.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your local carrier first — sometimes they stash it like rare contraband. If it’s still missing, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, follow our Refund Policy to request a replacement or refund.
Taxes
Sales tax applies only to Indiana residents (7%) — all other U.S. customers shop tax-free.
Authenticity & Packaging
All items ship CBC-verified authentic and are packed securely:
- Protective sleeves, top loaders or rigid mailers for singles. Bulk lots will be safely packaged in team bags
- Boxes for larger orders or graded slabs
