Orders & Payments
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as Venmo for verified customers.
All payments are securely encrypted — your info stays safer than a PSA 10 Charizard in a vault.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only for our fellow Hoosiers in Indiana (7%) — because the state insists.
If you live anywhere else in the U.S., your order ships tax-free.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We process orders fast, usually within 48 hours. If you need to make a change, email support@cardboardcontraband.com immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Nope — U.S. only. Paying tariffs just ain’t right.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Orders $35 and up ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat $3.99 fee.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship every Tuesday and Friday, and most orders arrive in 3–7 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. If it’s been a few days and nothing’s arrived, reach out to support@cardboardcontraband.com — we’ll help track it down.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my cards arrive damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cardboardcontraband.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review and make it right under our Refund Policy.
Q: Can I return an item I don’t want anymore?
A: Sorry — all sales are final. We only replace or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Are your cards authentic?
A: 100%. Every card we sell is verified for authenticity and condition before shipping. No fakes, no funny business — ever.
Q: Do you sell graded cards?
A: Absolutely. We regularly stock graded cards from trusted third-party graders like PSA, BGS, CGC, and others. Each listing clearly shows the grade, cert number, and condition details.
