At Cardboard Contraband (CBC), every piece of cardboard we ship is authentic, inspected, and CBC certified. We stand behind every sale — but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right (no customs forms required).
Returns & Refunds
Because our collectibles are often limited or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, we accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Item Received: If we ship you the wrong card (hey, it happens), we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct one.
- Authenticity Guarantee: Every item is backed by our CBC Certification. If authenticity is ever in question, contact us immediately — we’ll review and resolve fast.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship every Tuesday and Friday.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of payment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@cardboardcontraband.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:All items ship CBC-verified authentic and are packed securely:
- Buyer’s remorse or changing your mind after purchase.
- Items that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
- Digital goods, promotions, or limited-edition drop items clearly marked as final sale.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Please use secure packaging and include the order number inside the return.
